Home buyers typically want to search for listings information from their phone. Besides listing information, some mobile sites and software provides also provide local real estate information and chat. A few top home buyer tools:

• For the Mobile Home Search, try Trulia and Realtor.com. Both provide home searches via their mobile sites for the iPhone and have other platforms in the works.
• A great solution for displaying IDX Listings is Diverse Solutions. I'm switching from MLS Finder because Google Streetview is incorporated.
• Mobile Chat applications let agents connect with potential clients on the go or directly from their site. DSagentchat by Diverse Solutions is a relatively new contender. iPhone users can give MobileChat Beta a try. Popular web-based platforms include Meebo and Userplane, which may go mobile soon.
