Transit Station planned for South Austin.
Dee, Community Impact IS great, isn't it? It is graphically appealing and the reporting seems objective so far. I am surprised at how few buyers in Austin know about the CapMetro addition out here in Leander. Not only is it gorgeous, the location is great- right by the new SuperGiganto HEB!

Land is still relatively inexpensive in Leander and buyers should learn about all the city's benefits, especially since you can buy nearly DOUBLE the home bought in the 'burbs as you can in Austin proper.
Keep up the great posts!
