Mueller Austin Home Prices and Floorplans Online

Some of you may be surprised to hear the prices of homes available at the Mueller Redevelopment in East Austin. The new Urban Village is slated to be a city within the City of Austin. The upcoming "subdivision" will look very different from other homes. The first six builders created new designs that weren't available anywhere in the country. The area is also slated to have an elementary school, theater, parks, playscapes, hike and bike trails.

One of my builders has a project nearing completion on East 22nd street near the hot French Place area just south of Mueller in 78722. As I walked through the property, I remarked that any buyer or seller near Mueller will be very happy with their published price list, since it's higher than most people thought.

HOW TO BUY AT MUELLER

April 30th is the last day to complete your loan application and send the paperwork for the Pioneer Program during this first round of housing. Make sure you have an agent represent you when you first visit or otherwise, you won't get representation. There are no incentives to my knowledge for going in alone. In fact, the builders pay for your agent.

CURRENT PRICES

You know how it is. ALL builder prices are subject to change and the master developer does not control them. View Mueller Austin price ranges online. Here is the current list of how many of each home type the builders have:

• David Weekly Homes. 23 Row Houses. 69 Yard Houses. They also have the affordable housing product.
• Meritage Homes will build 52 Yard Houses.
• The Muskin Company. 6Garden Court Houses. I really liked this concept and think the garden houses are very cool.
• Saldana Homes. 6 Garden Court Houses.
• Standard Pacific Homes. 84 Yard Houses in the $300s on average.
• Streetman Homes. 37 Yard Houses. They have the most high-end product and will likely be priced in the $500s.
