I had the pleasure of interviewing Dylan Schleppe, Austin entrepreneur who launched DriveBuy, a real estate tool that allows home buyers to quickly and efficiently get detailed listing information by simply sending a text message from their cell phones.
I've been using Dylan's system for some time now and love the ease of use. See our Blip.tv video podcast for more information about Dylan's background, features of DriveBuy and some hot tips agents.

Love the video blog Dee. Couple of comments on contacting prospects via phone. In the sampling we've done it seems about 60% of prospective buyers don't mind at all getting a follow up call from the agent. It's so subjective though. Just like any sales call, it's all in the delivery. The "we're here to help if you need it" approach seems to work quite well though.
The other 40% don't really care to be contacted by phone. I always send a text message back initially. Many times, this will prompt a text requesting a call or a return call.

That makes sense. We return the call a little later, but not immediately.
