I received an email from the Austin Real Estate Networking club, so wanted to post here.

Angelique Naylor is representing the landlord on a renovated office complex on South Congress Avenue in Austin. Investors may still be welcome to purchase or it could be a good location for a small office space.

According to the description, "Both interior and exterior renovation to completely change the look of the building coming soon. Building sign to compliment new building style coming soon - this will be complete with tenant name slots. We have access to the owner's representative, so can get any questions answered. We can also take further pictures and help review the lease guidelines.

There are a few other properties in the area that are nice for leasing as well.
