It's almost that time! Time for new market statistics, which are usually released from various REALTOR® assocations around the 15th-17th of the month. Look for our analysis on them soon.
If you'd like to get updated on July stats, you can check the Houston Market Statics from the Houston Association of REALTORS and stats on Dallas from the Dallas Metrotex Association of REALTORS.
Austin Board of Realtors doesn't post market statistics online, but we provide them here on the TexasRealtyBlog.com. San Antonio Board of REALTORS has a news section, but I'm not sure if they post stats there.
