What does American Idol, Next Great American Band, and Don't Forget the Lyrics all have in common?
Besides signaling the downfall of quality television and saving network tv from the writer's strike, they allow a select few to live out fantasies of having a national audience.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR HAMS
I'm excited to announce the Texas Realty Radio blogcast coming in 2008. This addition will compliment the Texas Realty Blog with more interactive content via audio and video podcasts.
Even better, we're going to share the love...

YEAR-END MARKET REVIEWER SPOTS AVAIILABLE
I've been speaking with Texas real estate pros who will be interviewed on how their market faired in 2007. Since the Texas market took such a sharp shift this Fall, a variety of opinions will give our readers a more well-rounded viewpoint.
Here is a short list of the types of questions we'll ask other Texas real estate experts:
- What's your market like? Which niche do your serve?
- How did your market do last year? Which areas are the hottest? Coolest?
- How well do the latest real estate market statistics reflect what's currently happening in your area?
- What advice would you give to local Sellers? Buyers? Investors?
- Predictions: Which areas will be in serious trouble in 2008? Where do you think the highest growth will be?
- Tell us about upcoming developments or news that we we'll hear more about in 2008.
CONTACT US if you fit the bill or have someone in mind. In the meantime, read about other resources to stay on top of the Texas market.
